• Any work undertaken is charged at an hourly rate. If a project is stopped before completion, an invoice will be processed to cover the work that has been undertaken to the current project stage.

• Invoices will be subject to payment within 14 days of issue

• Any work in progress remains the intellectual property rights of Gareth Creates. The ownership of any media will be subject to payment being received.
